I have known Karl for a number of years now and the first project he did for us was a large extension on our 6 acre property in Oakford. This project was done in conjunction with Eco-Logical Builders and the 2 teams very much complimented each other with the various skills they brought to the table....The designer only gave limited information and I therefore very much relied on the excellent trade skills that came from within Carpentech and Eco-Logical. Since then Carpentech have redone our second bath room and laundry, together with a major renovation to our kitchen.
..Now to True North Ashore, where Karl and his team were an integral part of the team who put together this multi award winning house on 5500 sqm on top of the hill at Eagle Bay. Karl very much showed the depth of his skills in this project....the ambience created there is very much thanks to the skills of people like Karl on the project.The wow factor and attention to detail at True North Ashore has to be seen to be believed and the workmanship achieved by the teams involved could be compared to the finish of a Super Yacht rather than a house.

True North Ashore has now won 5 Master Builders Association Awards including the Best SW regional home for 2009. Other awards include excellence in carpentry, excellence in ceilings, best contract home above $1,500,000 and excellence in building practise.... I would thoroughly recommend Karl and his team to anyone who is looking for quality cabinet work or high end carpentry. Karl is also an extremely hard worker and will do what ever is required in order to meet deadlines, which is a pleasing work ethic in these times of overall apathy to such things!!

Our laundry needed a long awaited renovation with cabinets and storage. Concerned naturally with craftsmanship and affordability, we were so lucky to come across Karl in our local newspaper. He listened to my ideas and worked within our budget to build laundry cabinets that exceeded my initial concept. The job is so lovely, I don't think I will mind hanging out in the laundry at all now.
